well all of them are too commercialized.

and there seems to be a competition in what a person gets as to who gets it first.

I am beginning to hate all holidays..because I work in retail...but because the real reason of the holiday is not even known.

I almost want to say Christmas - because it is such a greedy holiday and it consumes a LOT of the earths resources.. effectively Christmas is the least environmentally friendly holiday...and most people seemingly forgot the REAL meaning of Christmas.. in fact if you ask people the real meaning they usually say some crap about Christs birthday.. which actually has been proven to be in March.. Christmas is actually a PAGAN holiday called "Saturnalia" and is a winter celebration that the Christians tried to hide when they tried to erase all pagan traditions (like the spring celebration to worship the Goddess Eastre)... now I dont mind celebrating the Pagan holiday.. but wish people would realize what the holiday is really about....it aint about giving people junk they dont want that they will throw away thats for sure

Columbus day because Columbus was a horrible person. He robbed the natives of the Caribbean coast of their jewlery, children, and freedom. Actually, Columbus was taking a "shortcut" to India. But he ended up way off course out in the Caribbean. He's not our heroe, nor our founder.

New Year's Eve. Don't see the point. Eveyone says it's a time for new beginnings, change, but why does you have to wait for the end of the year for this. Just another day for me

Christmas because it's so stressful.
A month before Christmas I start getting depressed. It only goes away Christmas day after everything is over.

Valentine'sday for now. Because it's a stupid holiday. You can express your love for someone everyday.

I hate New Years. It's just so stupid. Why not celebrate the first of every month? It has no point, it's just another day
