Yes, if it is the only thing on your record and was not a felony.

On the other hand, you can NOT have an impaired driving on your record and enter Canada, in many cases.

As long as the charge wasn't a felony, I don't see why your driving record would prevent you from visiting the U.S. It might prevent you from driving in the U.S.

Well, you can certainly drive in Washington. I love it here, but all our drivers SUCK!!! Especially in the Seattle and Everitt areas during rush hour. So, you'd fit right in.

if u were charged and it was a crimial charge u may have to get a pardon .... not to sure though good luck!!! :)
