ok im confused because ice T sings songs about killing cops and f*ck the police then he turns around and plays one on tv. talk about two faced!! i cant believe they would even give him the role of a cop just because he sings that stuff.

i cant think of the show but maybe he plays more of a detective role.

Cop Killer is the STORY of a man fed up with police brutality.He spoke up about it and was shut down by the government.Oddly enough,the same album features a song about killing his mom and nobody said a thing about that.Interesting.The cops didnt give Ice T the job,the producer of the show did.

He's on Law and Order SVU and he is an amazing actor. Yes, it is kind of funny. I'd love to see an interview with him where he explains his thinking because I think it's more than money. He doesnt need that. The songs, esp cop killer, came out of his experiences growing up on the streets, where police can seem to be more threatening than they are to middle class suburban wannabe's.
