its supposed to be if you saw someone drinking a beer while they were driving....what would you do?? if anything

I would more than likely call the cops b/c I have 2 kids and would not want to see them get hurt, or anyone else. If you are going to drink, do it at home and do not drive.

Its a common sight here in Australia,but theres a difference between having a beer,and being over the limit.

if you were in the car then you should take the keys and tell them that you are going to drive the rest of the way home. if they were in a different car and you seen them then you should call the cops and give them the lisense plate and tell them which way they are headed. or follow them the rest of the way till you see the cops. i don't like to tell on people but my girlfriends uncle was killed by a drunk driver and now we tell if someone is to drunk to be driving or if we see someone drinking and driving. out of concern for other people in the road. to respect the her uncle and his memory.

With out question I'd report it.
We have lost far too may people due to drunk driving. We are all responsible if we see this going on and keep quite. We need to step up to the plate.

If you are with them, take over the driving or take the beer. If he/she refuses to allow this then have him/her pull over and get out. If you are NOT with them, get their license plate and call the police. They could kill someone with their foolish acts!! Help prevent it!!

Fill half of their beer with water. Seriously....ask them to stop or get out of the car and find your own way home.

call the police with the make and model of the vehicle.the tag number.the location and heading of the potential murderer drinking and driving is a serious crime.
think about the possibilities

Ask them to pull over. If they won't I would call the police. Drunk drivers are a danger.
