If you know the brand name, see if the manufacturer has a website. They may have instructions posted, or an email address or phone number you can contact to request an owners manual or instructions.
If that doesn't work, post on craigslist.org in your area to see if someone else has that kind of tent and would be willing to show you.

Try looking at the instructions - if you have lost them try the website of the company that made your tent. They may be available there.

RTFM. or go to the site of the maker and download a pdf of the instructions. tents can be a pain alone too. sometimes two people are needed.
