I have heard that some of these drugs may take time to work. It could also be that your life or environment could be more stressful than usually. Of course, contact your physician and inquire about how long it may take for these drugs to have the desired effect.

I do not know how to answer your question and will not pretend like I do but I do know how you feel.I am the same way and am not on medications miss.I have my bad times and this is one of my good times because I care about what you have to say.All I can say seriously is do not think about it much.Life sucks yes and once you realise that it will be all better. Is there an answer for any question you have? And is there an answer to taking pills? No there isn't.Trust me I am not some GOD freak trying to show you the ''truth'' I am an atheist but coming from one messed up person to another drugs do not work. They only make you think they work why do you think companies try so hard to advertise their product?Because they do not care about you only your money.I learned to cope with my crap and if you want help from one messed up person to another then email me because I honestly know what you are going through.AND YES THIS IS A SERIOUS ANSWER NOT SOME STUPID ANSWER.But that is your choice to come up with.Just know I am here not to say ohhhhhhh it will be all better but I am here if you honestly want help

if they don't help don't take them, nothing is better than getting to be you anyway, you are the only you no matter how manic or depressed you are you can always find things in life to make things bearable, also if you smoke weed, that causes the symptoms of bi polar disorder after long term use. and if that is what is causing you to feel the way you do, pills wont help. they are for a chemical imbalance in your brain, and if you don't have an imbalance then you are just taking those pills for nothing

You probably realize that some medications take longer than others, but if it is taking longer than expected I would definetly check with my doctor. You may need to just change to another medicene. If this doctor doesn't help you then you may need to get another one. You will feel better once you are on the right medicene and on it regularly.

It sounds like you may be taking too many drugs at one time.
