Not only did he ask the basic publics opinion on a large scale, but he did it on his competitor's website! (He's a head of Google). Who thinks this is really cool and unique compared to the schuck we currently have in office?

If you don't know what I'm taking about, look at the YA homepage.

He's an advisor for Google, not a "head". And if you've followed Gore for awhile, you'd have noticed he's been sticking his nose into all types of media. Maybe he's trying to follow in Regans footsteps, and since he's got a personality deficit, he's working behind the scenes.

My question is, where the hell was THIS Al Gore in 2000? I saw him on The Daily Show the other night and he was witty and charismatic. If he'd shown an iota of that six years ago we wouldn't have Kookoo Magoo running things.

I think it's great that a politician is telling the truth. Unfortunately the truth that he is telling means eventual doom for the human race (very soon if we don't try to change things).

After all he has a family too and wouldn't want to see them die.

I have a new respect for the man. Maybe I can finally get past Tipper and her music censorship.

I don't care if he makes a buck or two for doing the right thing. It's a lot better way of making money than the way Enron did it. He bringing nation awareness to an issue that affects us all not just along party lines.

He may have asked this to get the public's opinion, but he hesitated in answering the public's questions, to wit
Al, you and your family (inherited from your father) that zinc mine in TN. It was written up (condemningly) in the Memphis papers. You and your father's (Al Gore, Sr.) political connections
allowed it to saturate the adjoining land and rivers with the toxic
waste from mine tailings.
Please speak louder, Al. I can't hear you. Al? Al? Are you there?

its kinda cool, but really seams to be a way to bump up his name for his movie and a possible run for another political office, but so far from the Dem's he is the best that has been mentioned, I am more willing to vote for him then Hillary or Karry, but still probably wouldn't, all depends on who he would run against!
