T'Keyah Crystal Keymah (tanya baxter) won't be returning for season 4 of the series. on the show it mentions that she has a scholarship to study international law in England during the episode of That's So Raven called "Pin Pals". She wanted to leave the show because she thought the show and her character were going nowhere. In a dispute with the producers and creators, she quit.

That's So Raven is sure funny! I haven't watched it in a very long time, I watched some old ones on ABC Kids though... so I'm not so sure.

on the show they said she went off to college somewhere else. but in real life she left the show for some reason.
