try to concentrate on the dream before you go tosleep. when this person chases you in the dream, try to just ignore him and walk away. if you see a light switch, try to flip it on and off. this is called lucid dreaming. google lucid dreaming and read up on it. you can turn this dream around and discover something about the true nature of the "rape scenario" that haunts you. thank you and good luck

That's scary. when I have bad dreams, I keep thinking that it's not real nd i think about something else. I suggest trying a dream-catcher. They're made by indians. (Native Americans) They say that the bad dreams slide down the feathers and the good ones are caught in the net and go to you. Good luck!

get a notebook, as soon as you wake up in the morning write down everything you remember from your dream... then write how you would like the dream to change. Do this everytime you have the dream until it changes to the way you wanted it to...trust me, this works!

What you need to try to do is remember they are only dreams. If they wake you up - get up and write down as much as you can. Don't watch scary movies before you go to bed. Say your prayers before you fall asleep.

Stop watching scary movies, reading that kind of stuff...believe me i went through the same thing and i stoped watching scary movies..and i dream about pleasant stuff.....go to a psychic...by a book that tells u what ur dreams mean

Umm... sometimes I have weird dreams too,but if you listen to music at night, then try listening to more calming sounds. Or try to think about good things that make you happy before you go to sleep at night!

You seriously need to talk to a psycologest. They will help prevent these dreams and figure out what is causing them! This is serious, don't wait... it needs to be handled before they get worse!

don't fell so bad every time i have a dream i get killed by a tree. some of them are pretty weird to like it stabbing me in the heart or planting on top of me. stuff like that.
