I have a lady friend/co-worker who many times throw glimpses at me, often smilling at me for no reason. She pats my knees, or shoulders when she laughs at my jokes. We pretty much enjoy each others company. We often stare at each others eyes then she would smile then I would smile also. She already has a boyfriend. I think she likes me more than just a freind. Am I reading her right.

Girls leave small hints, not big ones. Guys, on the other hand, make even more of the small hints than we intend.
Maybe she's into you, but only she knows ;).
Best bet is to not make a move. It's sleezy to hit on someone in a relationship. Let her know you're available and see if her boyfriend dissapears. And, no, don't go behind the bf's back, either.

It seems that way. However I don't recommend making a move. Send her the right signals but don't do ANYTHING. She may just be flirting with you for fun. Or sometimes women don't realize that we're flirting with a guy until much later. . .some things just come natural. Good Luck!

hmm that's confusing. Sometimes some females like myself can be very friendly to a guy but not be attracted to him but maybe your co worker wants to hook up with you. Sorry but females are just confusing. Why dont you ask her out for lunch one day and see what her intentions are?

She's gotta be the one to end the current relationship. Whatever you do, don't take another man's girl. Wait till it's over. If she's got no intention of ending it with the guy then she's just a tease and she's playin with your head.

Ask yourself first what do YOU want from this. This is more important for you than what she wants. Do you just want to enjoy in flirting or something more. If you want something more, ask her for a lunch, talk with her and make it clear (of course, not in that militant way as I do :))) Try to find out something about her relationship with her boyfriend.

It seems as though all the signs are pointing to her liking you. Although, she may see it as "just flirting" since she already has a boyfriend. Girls do that, you know. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying we do that...!

If she is already seeing someone and she is willing to cheat with you, take that as a hint that she would cheat on you too. I wouldn't concern myself with her if I were you.
