I know you don't want to hear an answer like ... "Go Bowling" Some malls have arcade centers ... offering full time games .. but that costs money .. so maybe you are looking for an excuse to get some employment ! Save up for the club and bar scene ... heaven knows it can cost a fortune ... Maybe you can get your own place ... even cheaper than cheap bars ... and the liquor and beer is definitely cheaper !

Look on the internet in whatever state you live at, you can go to clubs, just the 18+ you can go bowling or go play pool, i always liked that scene. You can always get a designated driver and drink before you go if thats what you like to do. Just be smart dont drink and drive.
