just resize them with photoshop or something...

the 760x40 refers to the width and height in pixels. 760 pixels wide and 40 pixels tall. Max size 10k is the file size. I dont know what kind of website makes it max 10k cuz that would be like in the 90s this is freaking 2006

Use photo editing software to proportionally reduce the size of larger pic files that you find.
