It actually depends on the Bank that you are with, I would check with them , to see when the funds would be avaliable, What works best for me is when I go to the bank, I bank at Bank of America I ask them to Cash THEN deposit my check that way the funds are avaliable the same day at that time. If you deposit the funds after the cut off time then you will see the date on the deposit slip , but the funds still should be avaliable the same day if it is cashed.

Whatever you have in the bank account before the deposit plus 100 dollars. This is because of what is known as the Funds Availibility Rule.

The bank can require up to 5 days to give you access to funds and sometimes a couple of weeks if it is a brand new account.

Its up to the bank, most hold funds when deposited on the weekend. The funds will not be available to you for at least a few days. You should check with your bank to see if your account has any automatic holds on it. Hope this helps.

If the ATM matches your bank such as the same name, it may allow you to do it the same day. But in most cases, especially on the weekend, it takes up to 3 days to process.

It varies from banking institution. In order to be sure contact your Bank, if it's past open hours, then call your banks 800 number, ask the customer representative. Nothing sucks big time like not being able to get to the bank on time to cash a check. I've been in that predicament before. My best to you.
