I do know a stay home mom and she sign up for some kind of mail drop off site. What it was ,is she used her garage as a storage area. Big companies mailed her large quantities of products and all she did was separate it and schedule ups pick ups and she made decent money.

If you have crafting skills, you could sew, quilt, crochet, knit, etc... some items and take them to an artist's cooperative store to sell. The stores I've worked with in the past haven't asked much for a percentage on each item when you are willing to put in a little time (mine has been one day a week) minding the store. If you absolutely can't be at the store at all, they will ask for a higher percentage of what you sell. You won't get rich, but it sure can supplement your income without having to farm out the kids to someone else to raise. I also enjoy it because I get to do my crafts without my husband worrying about how much they cost - creative expression that you get paid for!

You can set up your own preschool at your house. You would need to have your own play area, rest area and sleep area. It would be nice to have a curriculum so that the parents know what their children are doing all day. You can rent educational videos at the library for the children to watch. You can have daily art activities for the children. You can have sing and movement time for twenty minutes every morning.
