I was born Oct 22, So another Libra/Scorpio cusp gal here. We are usually very well balanced and laid back and it takes a long time to anger us, but when we get backed into a corner OH BOY! the scorpian stinger comes out and all bets are off! We like beauty surrounding us in all areas ; )

Yes, I was born on Oct. 23, at 11:15 a.m. That year (long ago) the sun went into Scorpio 10 minutes before I was born. People born on the day the signs change need to get their chart done to find out what sign they are.

The one lady that i know of born on that birthday is half American Indian and half English.....there i just got rid of the prejudice. She is one of the most compassionate women I have ever known...her friends adore her and so they should. She is the quieter one of the group I know, and so wise. Compassionate and family loving. I have never utter a harsh word about anyone. She is there for her partner in sickness and in health, is a hard worker and always gets the point.....to me she is rather ethereal. I admire her very much. You see......well I do know others with this birthday and after studying this for over 30 years the odds are that i would ~ her name is Carol. Funny....caroling is t sing....she in light and life is a song...still water runs deep with her and a better confidante one could not want.
I am 8/28 and i am no whee near the sign by day....however by heart I am.....you are now reminding me to perhaps pick up the phone and try to reach her for all the birthdays i have missed.
She is gifted with intuition, and is a warrior still inside. never underestimate the character, regardless of the sign in question.....however i must say that i believe this to be one very creative, devoted and loyal persona that equates this birthday.

hey i was born on oct 23 too at around 11PM :-) haven't met many people w the same birthday. so i think cusp born people are quirky...have the best (and sometimes worst!) of both signs (libra and scorpio). what do you think?
