Can a person die from piercing thier wrists?

If they don't hit a vein, and don't pierce too deep, using a clean needle, washing it, and disinfecting the wound.

If it doesn't get infected you'll be fine, however a staph infection can kill a person if it goes untreated. If you sterilized you needle & jewelry correctly and are following proper aftercare instructions you should be fine. Rubbing alcohol, fire, and boiling do not kill the staph infection only an autoclave or cold sterilization chemical such as tattocide or medicide can do that.

You could only die from a serious infection. Keep it very clean and go to your doctor and get on antibiotics. You can develop a serious infection, the antibiotics will ward one off before it can begin. Good luck. My friend has them from his wrists to an inch before his elbows. It looks so raw. One can theoretically die from piercing anything if the circumstances line up just right. But it's unlikely. It's gonna hurt like the bejeesus when you pierce your wrists, though. Be forewarned.

People can die from a lot of things... Why, with the right piece of stiff paper and some anticoagulant, you could kill someone by paper cuts.......
