in windows xp you can do various ways by right clicking on My Computer>Properties>Remote>Enable Others to connect to this computer
but on Windows 2000 i dont know how and i need help i have posted three different topics on this question

You can download Remote Desktop Connection (the Windows 2000 version) on Microsoft web site. I have Windows 2000 Professional at work and I have Remote Desktop Connection installed at work too. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/tools/rdclientdl.mspx and the link to download is on the right, right below all those related links.
