Yes, she is a woman...and the gruffness of her voice has to do with her smoking, not the steroids...those affected her physique...she just happens to be a big girl anyway...if you saw her in My Fair Brady (Getting Married), she is a more softer version of who she was in Surreal Life and WWF....

She's really a woman. Just lots of surgery. Her low voice and manly features are because of her bodybuilding.
