I've wanted to watch this film for a long time, but I'm not sure what to expect. Is it scary and disturbing or just a social satire? Or both? Thanks!

It provides an interesting foray into the life of an outcast band of circus freaks. They create their own micro-cosm. It's really a fascinating movie, and the end is somewhat scary, but not terribly frightening. It's sort of poetic justice. Overall, it's a very interesting commentary on human nature and society.

I love this movie. It's not scary, maybe mildly disturbing, but nothing over the top. It's no really social satire, it's a story about a carnival performer being used for his money. His friend band together to get revenge on the woman who is taking advantage of him. It's a great film and I highly recommend seeing it.

I love this movie. It will make you think twice before you make fun of anyone. Not that ever did. It plays with your mind in just the right way.
