depends on how good of a job the surgeon did. I've seen some really bad breast jobs and some really BAD ones, too.

First off breast augmentation and fake boobs are they same thing. I think fake boobs are totally disgusting. Think Pamela Anderson. She is uttertly repulsive. I hate it when guys say she's hot or sexy. She's not. She needs to take those things out! It's what makes her unnatractive. I don't need breast augmentation to look good. I am 17, 5'2", 90 pounds and I have C cups.

Terrible and unnecessary. I think that there are certain situations where it might be useful, such as after a mastectomy, but just to increase breast size is pure vanity.
And trust me, if guys come knocking on your door just because you have large breasts, then those are the kind of guys you want around.

I think that it is something some women can really benefit from. It is not something I want personally but you go girls lol.
