I'm visiting in Carmel,IN .I know that housing in Indianapolis is very low compared to Scottsdale AZ where I live. The city is beautiful and has a great downtown area There are a lot of employment opportunities and it has Lilly Corp and other major firms here . I don't think its the lowest costs or the most jobs. Maybe Atlanta ?
