Tommy Boy, since it came out first. Black Sheep was just a way to try to cash in on the comedic chemistry between Chris Farley and David Spade which fell flat in the second movie.

I liked Black Sheep better than Tommy Boy and I think it's because the jokes were a bit different and god how I loved the fact that their cabin lost it's roof and it started hailing on them. I love Chris Farley and both these movies had their very funny moments.
