Read a book. Not something that your teachers would make you read, but find something that you are really interested in.
Learn a new craft.
Take a class.
Hang out with family.
Organize your room or clean other parts of the house.
Of these options, I would read a book. You might actually enjoy it.

well, it depends. if you have transportation, try checking out any outdoor events that are happening in your area. I know where I live all summer there are free concerts, movies, festivals, and all kinds of cool stuff to do. Also, try finding some new parks, or places you've never been and visit a few. In NY state there are a great many places where there are beautiful waterfalls, and natural pools to swim in, if you love the water like I do, places like these in your own area may interest you too. But whatever you decide to do, HAVE FUN.

Make your own website/e-journal and fill it with crap, or try to beat a videogame in 2 days, or get some hamsters, or walk around the block, of stuff your face with ice cream, or re-organize your room and move as many furni as you can, or sleep, or answer questions on Yahoo!, or spy on the neighbors (which I'm doing right now), or go to a mall and act completely hyper, or take a long bath, or online shopping, or playing iSketch (on AddictingGames.com), or watch the sky, or... eh, I'm bored.

Go to the library, rent some movies or go to the movies, take a road trip and visit other countries, do a course in your local community college or recreation center so that you can meet people. You can take up a summer job or you can teach a class too.

There is nothing in the world better than to to escape to anywhere in the universe, than with a book. A lot of people say they get tired when they read, so what, if it is summer time, and you have nothing to do, take a nap. It is your summer, enjoy it to the best of you ability. Soon summer time is over.

Volunteer at your local American Cancer Society.
Or volunteer with at a retirement home. There are so many elderly people out there that have no one to come and visit them. Go and play cards with them or just sit and chat. Or paint some elderly lady's fingernails. You will leave with a warm fuzzy feeling.
Or volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
Volunteering will build character and make you appreciate what you have.
