I've asked in help, but nothing has come up. It's just a really thin, straight line. I don't know how it got there in the first place...

Unfortunately, I think the LCD screen has to be replaced which is very expensive ... unless you're still under warranty or you purchased the AppleCare Protection Plan. Double-check with the MacGenius at your local Apple retail store or call 1-800-APPLECARE to confirm.

Your LCD screen is broken. If its still under Apples warranty then youll have to call them. If not, I't will generally cost about $300 to replace the screen but I don't know how much Apple will change. Possibly more. Good luck. :)

It is definitely a pixel problem with the LCD. In fact the entire line of pixels. If it is under warranty, you should call Apple support. If not, it will be very expensive to replace.
