I ask my wife to do simple things for me that would mean the world to me but she never does them. Excuse after excuse. I tell her I really feel unloved because everything that I want and need in our relationship means nothing to her. Even small simple things. she wont take an interest in our sex life or my life in general. I beg her to initiate communication between us so out marriage can grow instead of falling apart but she WILL not be bothered. Will not even talk to me, the basic most ingredient needed for a marriage. This has been going on the last couple of years, she knows it is tearing me up but she seemingly does not care. I'm at the point of calling it quits, any advice?

after reading all the questions you've asked mainly about african americans, she may feel disgusted about being married to a man who had thoughts like you, i certainly would.

Are you sure you're married? Sounds more like you guys are room mates and not very good ones at that. Q though: do you do things for her? Sometimes, when women won't talk, it's because they're angry over something and mope around forever or carry a grudge forever assuming that you're too dense or unwilling to figure out what the problem is, let alone fix it. Maybe she has chosen to punish you for something you've done in the past by not engaging in sex. Hard to guess what the problem could be.
Thing is, in my opinion, everyone has the right to be happy with their partner in their marriage and sex is a part of marriage. If you're not happy, you really ought to get out. Try to talk to her a few more times and if she still gives you the cold shoulder, consider the alternative.

You are right that communication is the key in a marriage, you may really want to try and sit back and find out what changed her into not wanting to talk with you or take an interest in sex with you. I am sure it wasn't always like that... she has closed her heart for some reason... It might be time to really put your foot down and just come out and ask if she has fallen out of love with you.. atleast you would know somewhat of what is going on..good luck.

Sit down have a talk with her, ask her whats da damn deal.. there has to be a reason y she is so distant. If she turns away let her know how u feel about the whole thing and seek counseling if she is willing to go.

i don't blame u if u do call it quits..love isn't to be this way, she should be happy to please u.and if she won't keep the communication opened with u then it makes me wonder if she truly loves u.try bringing her home flowers and take her out for dinner or movies...and go out of your way and see if that helps..try talking to her one more time and tell her just what u told us, tell her just how she makes u feel and tell her how much u love her and find out if she is still in love with u .i hope that will work...........i wish you all the best..

dump her.life is too short to be with someone who dont care about you.there are millions of other women out there to pick from who would treat you like a king..find one.be happy

if you think yu have done all u could..then you should leave her..might be painful but if you don't feel loved make any sense be fooled.
