It's 16 minutes, and I'm answering. What I don't count. lol I know what you mean. People probably don't want to go to the fifth page to get "earlier" questions. People ask questions like every second, your question gets pushed back. People may come upon it later as they are browsing, though

For me, I just look at the new questions. After 15 minutes there's plenty of questions before it so I wouldn't even see it.

They go to much later pages. You have to hit next 50 times, and all the questions have tons of good answers already. I don't want to repeat what has already been said.

I always refresh the answer section so i can answer new questions. i dont know why, i just do. i guess people like getting there first cos then they have a better chance of getting 10 points.
