The answer is yes. Yes, you can get AIDS by having sex with multiple people, but only if they have AIDS. If the boys you've had sex with do not have AIDS, then you are safe. Just an advise: please, have sex with someone you can trust, and that will not lie when you ask if they have AIDS.

You can get HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, yes. HIV passes through blood, semen, breast milk, and other body fluids. You can get it from anyone who has it if you come into contact with their body fluids (except maybe saliva, although one or two cases of saliva transmission have been reported). You can even get it if a natural lambskin condom is used. The best protection against HIV through sex is by using a latex condom.

Only if one of them has it. The person has to have aids to give it to you, and it is transmit ed through blood and through saliva. You shouldn't be having sex with out a condom any way for that reason and pregnancy.
