Every line spoken by Mr. Freeze (Arnold) in the movie Batman in Robin including but not limited to the following:

Ice to see you!

Surprise, I am your new cell mate. And I'm here to make your life a living hell. Prepare for a bitter harvest. Winter has come at last.

Their bones will turn to ice! Their blood will freeze in my hands!

Allow me to break the ice. My name is Freeze. Learn it well. For it's the chilling sound of your doom.

Even though I'm a huge Star Wars fan, I'd have to say Anakin's line to Padme on the balcony, "No, it's because I'm SO in love with you." Wow! Cheesy! A Dark Lord of the Sith would never say anything THAT bad!

Just about anything Hayden Christensen said during Revenge of the Sith...but for the hell of it, we'll go with

"From my point of view, the Jedi are evil."

Comes when Anakin/Vader is battling Obi-Wan in the climactic scene...I've never heard a more obvious line of dialogue that was also delivered so poorly during the most important scene in a movie of Sith's supposed stature...

And I'm not playing to your screen name, though that did help me think of it...

Apparently, the most often used line in movie history is...

"Let's get out of here"

And it always sucks

For a particular line, I´d go for "Well, doctor, obviously you´ve never been a 13-year old girl" from The Virgin Suicides.

"Love means never having to say you're sorry." said by Ali McGraw to Ryan O'Neal in Love Story, possibly the sappiest, most cloying line in any movie ever. The chick is on her deathbed, laying this baloney on her simpleton boyfriend, who swallows it whole. This line is so nauseating, it's almost toxic.

All the lines James Bond says whenever he kills someone. Even if he's being shot at, he still needs to get his crap line in.
