Undercover Traffic Cop.
Since we are fantasizing, instead of giving the ******* tickets, I would have the power to immediately impound their cars and suspend their driving privileges.
I would drive around in a Kermit-the-Frog Green Gremlin and catch everybody who is the recipient of the finger from other drivers.
