Confidence is the best weapon to so called "haters". If you know yourself deep inside and know that words are meant to be sometimes powerful and mean, then adapt that layer between the person and your head. That layer should adapt to never let anything negative put your confidence down. The best advice a great man once told me was: "Always look at everyone in the eye and know if they are lying about you then know that your confidence is your pride and joy". Be proud with what yo' momma gave you dude and dont let words be harmful.

they told me I was beautiful and I was flattered.
they told me I was ugly and I held my head high and knew it wasn't true.
they told me I was stupid and after a awhile I began to believe them.
