Tell me when and where!!!!! American football is the most ridiculous sport I´ve ever seen!! I think that the people who think that soccer (football for everyone outside the US) is boring have never sat through an entire World Cup match. I don´t know how anyone could think it´s boring!

Amen, brother!

soccer fans, you mean the ones that come out every four years, we'll see how many soccer questions there are on here in about two weeks, please, soccer will never be popular with the majority in America, the best athletes play the other 10 sports in this country that are popular, just look at the MLS, it draws about as many fans as the XFL did, I do admit that the World Cup is fun to watch but that's because it is every four years, like the Olympics, after 3 or 4 weeks of watching it gets boring and I'm ready for the NFL and NBA to start

I love your question. Truthfully I enjoy just about every team sport played in the US but wish that soccer could at least get its fair share of money and attention. I think Americans are just too addicted to being immediately gratified by games that result in quick scores. Don't think so - watch NFL fans complain about how boring low scoring games are compared to NBA games where scores go sky-high. In soccer scoring just one point doesn't mean it was a bad or boring game....it usually meant it was a pretty evenly matched tough game. Plus soccer is a technical game that requires speed, endurance, a lot of fancy footwork, and playing as a team at a level that far exceeds most other sports. Heaven's, now someone's gonna pull out the old NFL playbook and ask me what I'm talking about.

I live in the US and I'm a soccer(football) fan but I'm also an NFL fan. The NFL isn't bad but neither is soccer.

While soccer fans are probably in better physical shape on average, I'm willing to bet that we NFL fans have more experience with guns, on average.

I'm ready too.

No, c'mon it's sport people not war. We'll leave war to only nation who takes pride in making a war.
For us who struggle in US and Canada with soccer as it is not popular but we love it, there are plenty of us to go around to make Americans envy. NFL? They are watching "Judge Judy" anyways..(fake show on divorces and crime and crap like that)
