Yes, The cold temperature helps to slow them down and they survive longer than when left at room temperature. Do not put them in an area of the refrigerator that is too cold. Toward the front of on the door is fine.

Yes you can ,this is an old fishermans trick to make bait stay alive longer , the cold temps slows down the metabolism so they stay alive longer .

Yes, you REFRIDGERATE (sorry, correcting your spelling) your mealworms, but you don't have to. If they are in a fridge, they will stay alive better.

u just refridgerate them and take them out and leave them out for like 10 minutes before feeding and then they wake up
