If they use magic or runes or an ancient spell can someone go back in time, other than like on an astral travel?

You'll laugh - I live up here in Maine, U.S.A., in a house that is back in the thirties. We use manual typewriters and rotary dial phones and I ride a twelve-speed bike as my principal form of transportation and I am sixty-three! Next! No need for astral travel when you're actually living it. But now and then I step into the year 2006. This jump I made to learn computers was a hoot. You have to feed your Soul. Somehow. I personally believe you can "place" your mind anywhere and anytime in Time/Space you choose to. You don't have to "do" anything - just go there. I can place my brains on Pluto if I lilke, or down the street or up on Mount Washington in a blizzard ten years back when all you could see was white on white. The brain is amazing. And we haven't even gotten to String Theory or Stephen Hawkins yet! (Steven?) Maybe someone will give you the physics of astral travel. It certainly is possible. There are, like Einstein said, parallel universes... and I happen to believe one of the reasons E.S.P. and psychic phenomenon actually startle us so much from time to time is based upon the principles of astral travel and String Theory. I hope some real physicist spots your question and picks up where this reply leaves off. Please have a wonderful summer, now. This is sent to you with loads of love from an "old" man who is about to turn 63, but who feels like 22! Take good care now, from Chris, in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A.

About the only thing you can do is astral to view what happened...you can't interfere, even if you try, you would be just a shadow. You can't change what has already happened. Believe me. What you are talking about is more of "TV" persona. If you believe that using an ancient spell that has been around for a thousand years is gonna do the trick, you are mistaken. These are used for different purposes. Runes are for divination, spell work, and protecting. Not for TIME TRAVEL. Also, if you were to go back in time, you would change the course of history completely, cause everything that has happened is relative to what is. Understand? If it were possible to change what has happened, I would have already figured it out by now.

To answer this question you first have to ask what 'time' is. Time is nothing more than 'space' that has been curved by gravity. If it is possible to travel through space, from one point to another, then it is possible to travel through time. In fact, we are constantly time-traveling. The problem is that we are time-traveling forward, only. The trick is to learn how to travel through time in other directions.

I think that through some anomaly which we don't yet understand (perhaps a fluctuation in gravity) we may briefly time-travel backwards.

Certainly, there are reports of people who claim to have viewed people who appear to be 'out of time and out of place.' People dressed in buckskins on horseback carrying a flintlock rifle in a present day big city park who appear as startled by the sight of the other dressed in contemporary clothing. A lady and a child in a 1930s Roadster in period dress between Houston and Louisiana. The witnesses stated that because the lady appeared confused and disoriented they pulled alongside in their pickup and offered to help. The lady affirmed by nodding her head, but when the pickup pulled over ahead of the Roadster, the Roadster along with the occupants had vanished. Go figure!

Physically? I don't think so.I do suppose by going around the world in a westerly direction in essence you are going back in time but as far as another time period like for example back to the 60s I do not think we are yet capable of this type of technology. In a hundred years who knows I would not rule it out especially in space if we could somehow break the time barrier. As far as spells or magic I don't know enough about that theory to form an opinion.

No, astral travel is the only possible known way, and that's probably a good thing.

Yes. Technically, Time is based on the earth's position in accordance to the sun. Therefore, If you live in Australia, and you travel back to North America; you've just gone back in time. Australia exists one "day" ahead of North America in time measuring increments.

You are what you will become (just as you are the consequence of what you were before)

Your awareness of this allows you to travel in time.

Nobody can change the facts of the past, but anyone can change its interpretation.
