I had it real bad in November and went on Worker's Comp. for 2 weeks before the meds (Naproxen - an anti-inflammatory) started working. Since then I have occasional pain and have to wear my brace for some of my work requirements. Does anyone have a complete cure to keep it from recurring?

Acupuncture. I play tennis proffecionally . trust me, I know it sounds illogical, but it realy helps. It also helped me heal faster and completely recover from a full ankle replacement

I had a cortisone shot 5 weeks ago, my elbow felt fine for 3 weeks but then my elbow pain came roaring back worse than before the injection. I have been using this tennis elbow secrets program now for 5 days and my elbow feels much better. I can really feel my arm getting stronger as each day passes.
