Prison. It was a fad that began in prisons where the ***** of the prison-time relationship wore his pants lower so that his...hindquarters were more accessible. Essentially, it was advertisement that said, "I'm willing to do whatever you want me to do while we're in here.".....sad but true...and also hilarious on the outside of prison experiences.

I do not know, But I will say that it is one that has been around here for well over 15 years.
I absolutley F*ckin hate it!!!!!!
I do find it amusing when they try to run from violence like that and their pants fall down and they trip.
I have seen some mighty severe beatings because of that. LOL dumb as*es ha ha

I have no idea but every time I see someone with their dirty underwear showing I want to just go pull the pants down around their ankles.

I heard it came from people who got out of jail. They take your belt away in jail so your pants drop lower.

I think it was designed to keep kids from fighting.....they have to hold up their pants with one hand.
It's just a visible sign that they are idiots. Makes them easier to spot.

Prison. Having your pants hung low ment you were "in a relationship" with someone. (not to be gross but it usually means one guy with another guy relationship)
