We've been downtown, been to the racetrack. So far the best we've seen are the ones over lake Conroe. Looking for something a little romantic? Any suggestions?

yeah, Clear Lake area. From my apartment, I can usually see THREE different (big) fireworks displays going on all at the same time! One over Clear Lake, one smack dab in Webster, and one probably over in Friendswood.
Just park yourself someplace down here and watch the skies!

Anywhere around Clear Lake. I like being on a boat in the middle of the Lake, they shoot them off from a Bardge and the water reflects the lights which is unreal to see. They shoot them off from four towns around the lake.

I haven't been to these before, but we are going to try out Kemah for the 4th of July. They are shooting them from the bay. I think it will be a nice place because there will be activities to do there before and after the fireworks. Nice dinner and a ride on the Ferris wheel with a walk on the boardwalk. I think they will be nice over the bay.
