I watched fireworks 3 times while pregnant and my girls love to watch the fireworks from a nearby theme park. But if you have something going on that makes it dangerous for you to go to a fireworks show you should discuss this with your doctor. Towards the end of pregnancy #3 I wasn't allowed to attend many things because I was going through a lot of preterm labor and was on a modified bed rest.

It is safe to watch fireworks. The noise should not bother the baby. If the noise would get to the baby, then you should also be avoiding movies, loud music, and yelling, ya know? I've had four babies and watched fireworks and lit them off and none of the babies had any problems. The only "jumpy" baby I had would "jump" whenever lightning struck (before the thunder).
I'd avoid breathing the smoke though. It's not good stuff to begin with, and if you're nauseated it may make your nausea worse.

The baby might hear the booms, but it won't hurt him/her. Heck, when I farted during pregnancy it scared the babies more than fireworks, but my kids are okay. A little weird (and I have noooo idea why), but okay.

It is most definately ok! Go, watch, enjoy. Depending on how loud they are, and how far along you are the baby may or may not hear them. Even if he/she does it won't hurt him/her. You might feel the baby kick but that would be cool, it's one of your baby's very first interactions with you and his/her surroundings! Enjoy that too!

The baby is well protected from the noise by your belly and the amniotic fluid.
Go have fun this year. You probably won't want to take the baby next year.

Yes as long as they are not being shot at you. Then the answer would be no if you were pregnant or not.

I wouldn't. They say the baby can hear. I think it might startle the baby and make it nervous even when born.
