cymalon is the only one with an answer resembling the right one.

so i'll start with saying there is no reason supported by medical science to routinely cut off the foreskin.

angel is incorrect. the medical associations of all english speaking countries advocated against the routine removal of infant boys' foreskins.

its much like the lies surrounding the practice of infant FEMALE genital mutilation. the fact is, women get more dead skin in their vaginas than men get under their foreskins, so by that reasoning women should have their vulvas cut off and various other hideous alterations made to avoid the so called 'recurrent UTIs'. i might ad that in 23 years i've never had a UTI.

so the thing about you is that i reckon you're not physically matured enough yet to have it fully retract. this is fine. just wait. it might take until you've reached puberty. then it will roll back fine and you can clean it for a coupla seconds every time you have a shower.

with it not rolling back fully now, taht's great, cos it means there's less to clean. it sounds liek you've been paying attention to it, so the smell might be coming from somewhere else. or, you hvae become paranoid because pple like those answering above are putting the pressure on you for having a whole penis.

chill. you'll be fine. celebrate having a whole penis.

It sounds to me as though you haven't been curcumsized. Well, it will hurt like hell, but in my opinion and that of most doctors, you should get that done. It can cause erectial problems later in life as well as repetive UTI's. The only reason a man would not want to get circumcised is the fact that the foreskin perserves sexual pleasure by protecting the head of the penis, but that is not a reason to risk infections.

It's not uncommon for men to be circumcised for problems like yours. I have two different friends who were circumcised in their 30's and 40's because of problems with their foreskins. It's really not that big of a deal. Talk to your doctor and explain your problem.

You really got to get in there and scrub that bacteria. Otherwise, your penis will smell like Strep throat and that ain't cool.

It's supposed to be retractable.

Go to a doctor.

Protect your penis.

You can't get a new one.

have you try while not erect? how about using some lubricant....infact some body wash or soap should help you retract.....it's a matter of practice and get use to it....
