When white people says a black person is playing the race card they are actually playing the race card by saying someone is playing the race card. When a black person says something is racist, their often telling the truth and the only way a white person can prove that wrong is playing the race card themselves by saying someone else is playing the race card. I'm not trying to offend anyone of any race, I just call it like I see it. You'll probably get confused when you read my question and my details because I got confused when I first thought about this. Just think about it before you answer.

The only thing a non-conformist hates more than a conformist is another non-conformist who refuses to conform to the norms of non-conformity.....

depends on who is *really* playing the card my dear

A black person can be a racist and be called on it just the same as a white person can. However some black people feel that there is no way they can be a racist and deflect the criticism by putting the blame back on the accuser(actually this goes both ways as well, just not to as great of extent).

And yes, I am very confused after reading your question.

The phrase "playing the race card" can be used by non-whites. In fact, it's a neutrally contextualized saying. If whites were the only one using the phrase, it would, technically, be as you say.

But blacks can use it, Hispanics, Asians, etc. Anyone can call anyone else out for playing a race card-- except whites. The only exception to race card playing is BY whites. Then it would be the racist card.

right, because when black people say something rasist it's the truth and when white people say something racist they are racist?

No, i thought about it and thats is not accurate. It doesnt matter who you are there are going to be people that dont like you for whatever reason. you can only be hurt by someones comments if you let yourself be instead of seeing them for the morons that they are.

racism does exist and we cannot change that, what people can do is act normal and make something of themselves, then noone can touch them.

When someone plays the "race card" they are trying to gain something from doing nothing. Which is ridiculous, we all have the SAME Opportunities today, there is no reason for someone to feel like they cannot succeed because of their race.

There is nothing worse than hearing someone say: "I didn't get the job because they have a minority quota", OR, "If I were white I would have gotten the job". This game is played both ways. Stop and smell the coffee.

Racism knows no color.

It's kinda like anti Semitic which prevents any criticism towards Jews even though they may deserve it.
