In India they 'churn' the willy between both palms, like trying to start a fire the old fashioned way. Ive tried it and its good if done slow and with lube. Also, the less you masturbate the better it feels when you do, in my experience. Inserting something in the back passage like a dildo (or a real one), while masturbating, will give the best results of all.

try using toothpaste, do it in the shower in case you have to take it off fast. at the beginning feels a little weird and may burn a little buy ones you get used to it its great!!!
