Sorry, no. You can delete the message out of the recipients inbox if you have their password. Which I'm guessing you don't... You could always lie and say that someone hacked into your email and was sending evil messages to all your friends... but that would be lying... and lying is bad...

If you are using outlook express, one thing you can do so that you don't send an email you regret is goto Tools - Options - click on Send tab. Un-check the box where it says "send messages immediately". After you type a message and press send, the message remains in the outbox for about 1-2 minutes before it is actually sent. While it's in the outbox, you can delete it if you change your mind because you think sending it is a bad idea.

nope, there isn't a way to unsend an email on any of the popular webmails.. however aol and netscape mail do offer the handy unsend feature which works only on their networks

Outlook has a recall function but doesn't necessarily erase it in the receiver's box. If it is Yahoo or another web based email program then you can't.

if you are very lucky and you have administrative access to the mail server you might be able to intercept the email in the mail queue before it is delivered but the chances are very remote
