I'd guess there are multiple reasons. First, women are usually shorter than men, so the added height allows them to "line up" better if they want to do any standup positions. Second, they tend to move around the room some, so wearing shoes is probably safer. Third, the filmmakers probably figure giving the actress time on screen to take off her shoes doesn't look sexy, and fourth, heels tend to make a woman's legs look longer and more shapely, and they cause her butt to stick out.

As far as you care to go back, the women keep their shoes on. There's a great scene in Wild Things where Theresa Russell is doing the pool boy and she's all crouched on top of him and he's holding her by the heels of her shoes, for..,ah ,leverage, that's the ticket; leverage. I know, that wasn't porn, but it's as good a reason for keeping your heels on as I've ever seen.
