Just trust him. Don't yell at him for trivial things like that. If you do, this relationship will never work.

Yelling is a far less effective tool than being calm... calm is scary, yelling is annoying. People dump "annoying". If you think his talking is crossing the line, which teenage bfs can do, you need to get really confident. Calmly tell him that he can talk to anyone he likes, if he'd rather be single. That's really what you're worried about, isn't it? You just feel insecure, a little betrayed, and then you explode at him for doing what you suspect is flirting. If he isn't into you enough to treat you respectfully, if you don't feel confident enough that you have his loyalty, you'll end up broken-up anyways. You may as well try something new. I don't know how far & meaningful this relationship has gone, but I'd suggest that you don't let it go further until you really feel you can trust him.

Ok, it is bad when he says he can't "control himself" because that means that he thinks the world acts upon him. This is a bad ways to view the world - a victim. You'll hear "she kissed me" or "I don't know what happened" or "the guys were giving me a hard time so I..." - lame, lame, LAME. No will power. I'm sure he's charming, but until he takes responsibility for the signals he sends out into the world there will be no change. If he hasn't cheated, he probably will at some point. Your frustration is valid, but you can't change his view of the world with any amount of arguing.

Yes, I do, too. He complains about it all the time, but I keep telling him that he knew I was a jealous woman when he married me, so he'll just have to get used to it. Tell him that you trust him, you just don't trust other women.
