Actually, a general condition of probation is that the person on probation is not allowed to have contact or associate with known felons. If you are a felon, then technically this other guy is correct, however....there are stipulations to that. Family is excluded from the known felon generality so you are allowed to be around your husband.

If you have guns and are not a felon, then your husband cannot reside in the home with the guns there or he will be in violation of his probation. If you want your hubby in the house...the guns must go.

Hold on, probation and parole are two different animals. On probation you have a chance to make good on parole it's just a matter of time and your right back in the slammer. The system is set up to put you down and keep you down.

I don't know what your relationship is with your husband is but, for me guns are a BIG NO NO.
You have guns NO WAY YOUR OUT!!!!!
You go to jail NO WAY YOUR OUT!!!!!
And how is your jail time in twined with his?
Because may-be if you lead the same life as your husband jail is good for the both of you.

You may have to get a lawyer to help you. In the mean time, stick with what ever the court says so they don't try to pin a violation on you or your husband.

Who's this other guy that's giving him advice?

If it's just a schmoe, then ignore it. Don't let friends quote the law to you. They're always wrong.

If it's someone affiliated with the court system, then it might be true.

I can't understand what you are talking about, but if you have guns, why not drop them on the police station's steps some night and be rid of them?

Go back and rewrite the question so that people can understand it. This sounds like you really might need help, but who knows.
But I do love GUNS,GUNS,GUNS
