I'm probly going to jail for not calling court about my speeding ticket today. Should I just go with them, or should I fight it out? Will it make a difference either way?

Usually tickets have a few continuances before they go to a warrant.
Check with the court to see if the case was continued.

There is now a bench warrant for your arrest, which you are aware of. Call the court number on your ticket and explain what happened. They will more than likely recall the bench warrant and issue a new court date. If you don't have the money to pay, if that is the reason that you didn't go, you can ask the judge and he will set up a payment plan.

People like you are STUPID!
Police are trained in defensive tactics to take people that fight DOWN!
And if you fight they can just tack on more charges, like resisting arrest.
Own up already, call the courts, do something to take responsibility for your actions. If a warrant has been issued for failure to appear, and you are caught you won't be spending much time there anyway.

Pay your ticket. If there is a bench warrant then ask how much it is, turn yourself in, and get it over with. Make sure you have 10 percent of what the bench warrant is for and a bail bondsman on speed dial.

Go pay your ticket at the courthouse.If you can not pay all of it sometimes they will give you a few weeks to come up wit the balance.
