The song you're after is 'Be My Girl - Sally', from the first Police album 'Outlandos d'Amour' (1978). It was a combination of a half-finished song by Sting, and a poem by Andy Summers.
The lyrics are as follows:

Roxy Music has a song called "Inflatable Doll". If I had one I'd fill it full of helium so she'd play "hard to get" for me.

in case you have a vehicle i could tie a rope round her neck and basically start up dragging her down the line. determine you fill each and all of the orifices with some thing she could like till now doing so just to grant her one final sense reliable tale for the bum that reveals her in an alley some the place.
