IN order, Family Guy, South Park, then The Simpsons. The Simpsons isnt that funny anymore ever since Conan O"Brien stop writing for it

as with the the American sitcom answer I just posted these shows have all gone well past their prime. Simpson's are out of ideas on what to do being that they are going on 400 episodes. family guy has turned into one liners and no real plot line to the episodes anymore. South park has stayed some what fresh with its topics but gets predictable less than 5 minutes into the episode.
if a choice was to be made I would go with south park

Right now the answer would have to be Family Guy. If you asked 3 years ago, it would have to have been The Simpsons, but it has gotten way too preachy over the last few years. As for South Park you just have to admit that it appeals entirely to the lowest common denominator.

South Park- Dirty/awesome/funny/hysterical
The Simpsons- oldstyle funny, sometimes the best
Family Guy- my favorite at the moment because its like the simpsons with the same themes and such, but even dumber.... so funnier

I'd say Family Guy, it quite suits my sense of humour though the characters aren't particularly original - if it wasn't for Stewie it would be mediocre at best.
The Simpsons used to be very different, pre jumping the shark. Don't know if I like it more or less now. In some ways it was better before, in other ways it's better now.
South Park is great in its own OTT kind of way, but overall I don't like it more than Family Guy.

South park of course. To be fair though the simpsons have been on a lot longer, so they have gone through a lot more story ideas. Remember Mr. Derp from south park "Hi kids, I'm Mr. Derp... DEERRRP!"
