What do you like best and least about the Fourth of July?

Least - sounds hurt the critters ears, and frighten them.
Best - traffic almost disappears when fireworks shows are happening.

There is nothing anymore to celebrate save gaining indepence from England....it ha been made a Holiday and we were NEVER taught in school the truth. Although slavery was of that time......it still is. I would be mad to tell you I celebrate this. Also, the government, think I am celebrating them? Do you know just what a prejudiced country this is, look up the stats, you will be appalled. I refuse to celebrate corruption and lies, dating back to who they considered the first president...it has been glorified...I am NOT a slave to the ignorance of this country or how they hide their money for weapons to aid other countries. The flag? A Joke. If yo want the truth of what has happened in the USA, watch the news coming from other countries. I do...and no one will stop me from speaking the truth. All of this has been Romanticized. Think about it. The country was at its finest when...? ANSWER THAT. The only thing good about the 4th of July....is a day off....but we can take one of those anytime.Don't like my answer? Tough...I speak the truth. I have written the heads of state, never one time have I gotten a reply regarding health care, stats on how we are rated....are yo aware that y are rated by your zip code? Even your telephone prefix~ yo might think that big brother is a TV show......take a wand and check your place for surveillance. Well I am for now through talking.

I don't like having to go back to work on Tuesday which is the fourth. But I do love the FIRST of July as we celebrate the country on that day. We join as a proud nation tomorrow.

The best is being with the family and having a BBQ and the least going to work the next day. I also love the fireworks.

Every fourth of July I practice karate and all my kungfu moves and every once in a while I will chug a LaBatts and eat a hot dog and sit back and light fireworks and dream of ohhhz tang and blow a couple of firecrackers and I also appear on the Trailer Park Boys and direct and star in various episodes and I also try to get more ohhhz and mack it to them so I can get them to knock boots with me ... because I roll with the Benjamin's

The fireworks, and the fireworks.
Sure,they are pretty, but leave it up to the city.
I get so tired of inconsiderate people sending
them off in the middle of the night, way too late,
freaking out all the neighborhood dogs,and
causing sirens to wail through the night because
some idiots hurt themselves.Oh, and I Really don't
like picking up other peoples litter, In My Yard.

What I like the most is it is really a reliable date. I mean, it ALWAYS comes after the 3rd of July without fail.

What I hate the most is people setting off fireworks days before the 4th and often after 11 pm. I also hate people setting off fireworks days after the 4th and often after 11 pm.

I like the family get-togethers best.
My least favorite is buying fireworks. Watching other peoples' is okay to a point. But setting my own dollars on fire? Can't enjoy it.

best=getting a close up seat to watch the fireworks display in the sky.the other year we sat in the car to watch the show & the magnifying sound of the fireworks literally vibrated the car like a subwoofer.

least=crowded parking & the picolo pete whistling fireworks are so annoying.
