if you are are going to throw it at them, then yes. it is not likely that you would be in a position to stop a terrorist attack tho. at lest you are coming to the realization that you are responsible for your own safety, witch sounds like a step up from your uncle.

if you get a gun make sure, you learn the rules of safety with it, and have fun on the range.

roflcopter, Get an AK-47, the 7.62 Round will kill in one or two shots and they're reliable no matter what kind of abuse you put them through.

As an additional bonus when World War 3 rolls around there will be a proliferation of 7.62 Chinese rounds which feature a mild steel core, sort of a Poor Mans' Armor Piercing round. Hope this helps!

A head shot is the accepted way to keep a terrorist from being able to operate a detonator.

He is right , they have to be pea gravel and loaded into a 12ga. shotgun reload casing. Good Luck...
