Harry wouldn't have developed the innocence that he has from living with the Dursleys. Living with Sirius, he would have grown up in the wizarding world and he (possibly) have ended up as egotistical as Draco Malfoy.
He is who he is because of the circumstances of his youth. Dumbledore foresaw the benefits of living with the Dursleys, however few of them there are.

harry would have been a happier person overall. but he would have never learned to defend himself by himself. (he might have learned it from Sirius but it's still different) he would be a more cautious person because he now would have had someone who's there to protect him, like a father would. harry would have got the experence to be a kid once and for all. i can't say whether this is a good or bad thing (moving in with Sirius) because there are pros and cons for everything.

I don't know for sure. It might have made him a little more sure of himself, and I like his uncertainty - it makes him more human. On the other hand, Sirius may have made him a little bit more paranoid of some things, as he had seen more. On the plus side, Sirius could also have taught Harry more tricks that may or may not have been useful later on.

harry probably would know a lot more about the dark arts/azkaban/death eaters etc. and also he would not have to do things in secret anymore. it wouldnt have made much difference though because sirius dies not long after he was discovered and harry was supposed to stay with his aunt/uncle for sealed protection, as dumbledore had said, to continue the protection his mothers sacrifice of love provided. but harry may have had easier admittance to the order of the phoenix meetings (possibly).

Well harry really LOVES siruis( form reading the books you notice that harry is always wondering if siruis is okay etc), so if he lived with siruis, he would forget voldemort and not care as much, and woudl want to live life.by the way great question.

it would have made harry happier, and better of a wizard since he would be spending time with one instead of muggles... but it would ruin the depressing streak harry had over his years...

I really don't think his character would change for the worse. Maybe better, because he has someone he can call somewhat of a father.
